TCFCA 2006 Goals and Objectives

1. Develop and implement a website to help organize, standardize and distribute training opportunities to all firefighters in Teller County.
2. Develop and implement fund-raising strategies to ultimately leverage federal and state grant monies for developing a Regional Training Center in Teller County.
3. Develop a working relationship with the Local Emergency Planning Committee through communication and meeting attendance.
4. Develop and implement a county training plan to standardize operations within the county.
5. Develop and implement a plan to streamline emergency response and better utilize IGA's.
6. Develop and implement a regional multi-disciplinary radio communications plan for large-scale incidents. This plan would cover the caching and deployment of regional communications assets.
7. Develop a relationship with the future planned South Central Region Emergency Response Task Force.
8. Develop and implement a plan to deploy the "Redzone" program countywide.
9. Develop and implement a plan for an all-hazards strike team/task force.
